with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products
and Services to you.

and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents

SECTION 3 - PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When placing a Pre-Order for PigPug Health Store products,
you will be required to provide certain information, such as your
address and other billing information. You represent and warrant that
all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such
information is kept current. PigPug Health Store shall
have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or
information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to
make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information.

You will be charged the full Price of the Products at the time of
placing the Pre-Order. The purchase price does not include import
duties, taxes, transfer fees, and other governmental charges, which
are your responsibility.

You acknowledge and agree that The Price for Pre-Order
products may be increased up to 80% to the initial price due to PigPug
Health Store expenses to manufacture the Products. In that case, you may
be required to provide additional payment for Pre-Order products upon
request of PigPug Health Store but before delivery.

The delivery date for the Pre-Order
products is expected to be within 9 (nine) months from the Pre-Order
date. If Pre-Order products would not be delivered within the term
mentioned, or if you will not provide additonal payment (if required) as
described above, you may claim a full refund which would be provided to
you within [30] business days after the date of the receipt of such
claim. 

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We
are not responsible if information made available on this site is not
accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for
general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the
